Each retainer package is designed to provide tailored strategic support based on your business’s needs. Here’s a brief overview of outcomes:

10-Hour Package: Ideal for early-stage businesses looking for foundational strategy and guidance. You can expect outcomes such as initial business plan development, basic marketing strategy, and pricing models.

15-Hour Package: For businesses seeking continuous improvement, we provide refined strategies, including marketing, pricing, and business development, with measurable progress in market positioning and operational efficiency.

20-Hour Package: This package offers a comprehensive overhaul, including advanced strategic and marketing planning, with metrics such as improved customer acquisition, brand visibility, and operational scaling.

We are highly committed to providing timely support. Our communication is consistent across all channels, with response times typically within 24-48 hours, if not sooner. We use Slack for quick messaging and collaboration, email for more detailed discussions, and Zoom for real-time strategic support.

The legal review includes a thorough examination of legal/strategic documents (e.g., service agreements, contracts, non-disclosure agreements) to ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. It is conducted by our legal partners, who will provide detailed feedback and suggested revisions.

Unused hours within a given month are rolled over to the next month, up to a maximum of 4 hours. There are no restrictions as long as they fall within the six-month retainer period.

Basic Strategic Planning involves developing core business strategies, such as business plan creation and foundational pricing and marketing strategies.

Advanced Strategic Planning delves deeper, addressing complex business challenges like scaling operations, navigating market expansion, and developing long-term growth strategies. The Comprehensive Marketing Strategy also includes detailed tactics, performance metrics, and a broader range of channels compared to the basic version.

Should you need to terminate the retainer early, we require 30 days' notice. Any unused hours within that 30-day period will still be available for use, and we’ll work with you to ensure a smooth transition.

There are no hidden fees. The only additional costs might be specific third-party services (e.g., external legal counsel or design services outside our retainer scope), but these would always be communicated and approved by you beforehand.

We work closely with our clients, starting with a kick-off meeting to understand your goals and challenges. Throughout the retainer period, we maintain regular contact through planning sessions, updates, and feedback loops to ensure our strategies align with your vision and objectives.
